History

The department of Huila, also know as « Promised Land » is located in the Southwest of the country between the Cordillera Occidental and the Cordillera Central mountain ranges. It offers a wide variety of climates and relieves. This microlot cacao is produced at the heart of the Huila department, in a valley near the Magdalena river. It is grown with organic and eco-friendly practices. Five generations of farmers have been cultivating for 100 years in this familiy cacao plantation a cacao of excellence with characteristics of walnuts, fruits, citrus and roasted coffee.
