Colombian cacao is classified as fine or flavor cocoa. This type of cocoa only represents between 6 and 8% of world production.
Each district has a climate diversity, a genetic quality, a historical and cultural heritage, and highlights different sensory profiles.

We offer our craft bean-to-bar chocolate makers, restaurants, bakeries, pastries and industrial customers a diverse and original offer made up of exceptional and excellence cacaos.
Our cacaos come from smallholder farming families from different terroirs. They are produced by cocoa farmers who practice an intercropping method and respect biodiversity. They are linked with ethical, sustainable projects and single stories. We bring a fair income to the cocoa farmers.
We have a quality control department for the drying, classification, selection, packaging and storage of the cocoa beans that we export worldwide in order to control the post-harvest process : bean size homogeneity, fermentation quality (minimum 75%) and humidity rate (maximum 7%).
Moreover, we select the best varieties and proceed to a cadmium analysis and a sensory analysis of the cocoas that we market to determine their organoleptic properties and to ensure a complete traceability.
Lastly, we use a packaging of GrainPro® hermetic bags designed to ensure and preserve the quality of cocoa beans during transportation.
